This upcoming Sunday is the second Sunday of Advent. In the Gospel of Matthew, John the Baptist comes onto the scene. He calls all to REPENT. When he saw the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he shouted at them saying ‘You brood of vipers!’
John said he was baptizing in water, but the one coming will baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire.
